yeah thats how the typical veteran talks, all brainwashed and stuff. we dont need to step in and save the world, like iraq, or etc. we need to take care of our tribulations HERE if anything. right now, the govt is spending billions in an unwinnable, decade-long war…..and war is intended to promote a culture. the US “saves” another culture, then aggrandizes itself with that victory. “a rich mans war is a poor mans fight” youre probably on the poor side, i presume?

As a Persian Gulf Veteran, 4 tours, people need to know one thing. If someone did not step in, the killing would continue and would not be known. War isnt needed to promote a culture, it is needed to save one. We went to war to help those in need. Saddam killed hundrends of thouhsands w/ WMDs and liberals seem to forget that when the WMDs could nto be found. It is proiven that he used them. Many Iraq’s can thank the allies for thier ability to live. Saddam was a mad man.
