Acting is really an art, and if it’s your passion, then there should be no question about whether or not you should pursue it. You already know that answer, whether consciously or unconsciously. I know a lot of actors personally, and if it’s what you want to do, you should certainly take steps to seriously perfect and hone your skills so that you can follow that dream.
But, there will be a time when you are not a working actor, and you will need to have another job to keep you afloat. Actors don’t make a lot of money honestly, and when they do, they have to invest in other endeavors to keep making money in between jobs. Until you rise to the level of Brad Pitt.
There are TONS of excellent actors already out there, and the competition is tough. You need to be pleasant to work with, otherwise they’ll scrap you and get someone just as excellent (or better) who is nicer to work with.
since you have done nothing to continue your “dream”, I see no reason why you should do so. It is not right that anyone can be anything if they work hard enough. You have to have the basic skills, for acting being a excellent self starter is vital, and you don’t seem to have that. You also do not seem to have a excellent enough grasp of the English language to be an actor. Better learn to do something that you can make money at (most actors do not earn a living at it). Tech school first. All aspiring actors have to earn a living. One legendary actor had been a garbage man. After you are supporting yourself, you can pursue acting in your spare time. Each city has convergence theatres that place on plays you can tryout for/
PS Alice, professional acting is a affair, not an art. And the reason why cometition is so tough is that there are very few jobs compared to the hundreds of thousands of actors.
